in the Air Force in 199) and was ultimalely discharged due to medical complications with a
pregnancy, The Plaintifl' did pay some expenses assisting the family in relocating back to the
Central Pennsylvania area but as 10 the exact amount the Defendant are without knowledge or
information sullicienlto form a belief as to the tnlth or falsity of the averments contained in this
paragraph, Therefore, proof is demanded
5, Denied as stated To the conlrary. see the averments stated in Paragraph 4, In
addition, the Plaintill' specilically denied that there was ever any agreement to pay inlerest.

7 Admitted. By way of furthcr response. in the lall of 1994 the Delendant Lisa Minium
was to receive money held in tlUSt Irom her grandparcnts and was given $500,00 by her father,
When she asked her lather where the balance of the money was the Plaintifl' indicated that he was
retaining the halance in full payment of thc money due regarding the expenses Irom the return trip
from Guam,

through 7 of this answer which arc hereby incorporated by reference,

Minium caused harassment charges 10 be filed against her father through the Susquehanna Township

It is further denied that any loans were made or any repayment is due,
