1. The Mothet:', Shet:'t:'y L. pomet:'oy, and the Fathet:', Michael
Pomet:'oy, shall have shat:'ed legal custody of Derek M. Pomet:'oy, bot:'n October
31, 1995. '1'he pat:'ties shall consult with each other in making all major
decisions affecting the Child, including but not limited to, majot:' I11Qdical,
educational and religious decisions.
2. The Mothet:' shall have pt:'imary physical custody of the Child.
3. '1'l1e Fathet:' shall have partial physical custody of the Child
on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p,m., with
the exception of the month of November, 1997, when the Father shall have
custody of the Child on the second Saturday. The Father shall also have
custody of the Child on alternating Wednesdays, beginning October 22, 1997
from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. The Fath..r shall have custody of the Child
every year on January 11 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
4. The parties shall share or alternate having custody of the
child on holidays as follows:
A. Chdstl'18s: The Father shall have custody of the Child on
Chdstmas Day ft:'om 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in odd numbet:'ed
yeat:'s and from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in even numbered
years. The Mothet:' shall have custody of the Child on
Christmas Day from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in even numbered
years and from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in odd numbered
years.
B. Thanksgiving Day/Easter Sunday: The Father shall have
custody of the Chiid on Thanksgiving Day and Easter Sunday in
even numbered years ft:'om 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. The
Mother shall have custody of the Child on Thanksgiving Day
and Easter Sunday in odd numbered years from 10:00 a.m. until
7:30 p.m.
C. Father's Day/Mother's Day: The Fathet:' shall have custody of
the Child in every year on Father's Day from 10:00 a.m. until
7:30 p.m. and the Mother shall have custody of the Child on
Mother's Day.
D. Child's Bit:'thday: The parties shall share having custody of
