PLAINFIELD ENTERPRISES, INC" heralnefter referred to as Contractor, end JOSEPH D. GRIMES
and JENNIFER L. GRIMES, husband end wife, hereinafter refarred to as Owner, whereby the
former undertakes and agrees to erect and construct II single family dwelling on:
