A&A Decorative Design and Supplies, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having offices at 1000 Mt. Rock Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257, files this Mechanics Lien claim as a Contractor, as defined under 49 P.S.§1201(4). 2. The owners of the real property and improvements against which this lien is filed are Leroy K. Gordon and Karen E. Gordon of 186 Booz Road, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241. 3. The Claimant's last day of work and completion date of their work was December 9, 2006, which is within one hundred twenty (120) days or four (4) months of the date of filing of this lien. 4. The Claimant, pursuant to a proposal of work dated September 11, 2006 and accepted by one of the Owners, Karen E. Gordon, supplied all the ceramic tile material for the following rooms in the Owners' newly constructed residential home: the Owners' office room; the exercise room area; a part of the master bedroom; the front foyer; the master bath floor; master bath shower wall and whirlpool tub area; the half bath located off of the kitchen; the shower walls and floor in the guest bathroom; and the kitchen, pantry, hallway, and laundry floor area at a total price of $15,393.00. (A copy of the proposal is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit %N A'/) . 5. Subsequent to providing a deposit of $7,696.50 and after the work commenced, the Owners requested a change in grout to "SpectraLock" at an increased price of $470.00. (717) 3289525 6. At the conclusion of the work, the Owners returned three boxes of Thunder Blue wall tiles at a credit price of $95.60, thus leaving a total balance due at the completion of the project on December 9, 2006 of $8,070.90. 7. The outstanding balance due as of the date of the filing of this claim is $5,570.90. 8. The improvement and property which is subject to this lien is the Owners' real property located at 186 Booz Road, Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being approximately 4.86 acres, more or less, and more fully described in a deed dated July 7, 2006 and recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book Vol. 275, page 3824.
