5. At all times relevant hereto, specificallY from July 1,
1996 through June 1, 1997, Plaintiff provided Defendant with
sewer services and trash removal services at the premises.
6. The sewer services provided Defendant by Plaintiff as
noted above were provided in accordance with the terms,
conditions and requirements as set forth in Chapter 18 of the
duly enacted Code of Ordinances of the Township of Hampden.
7. The trash removal services provided Defendant by
Plaintiff as noted above were provided in accordance with the
terms, conditions and requirements as set forth in Chapter 20 of
the duly enacted Code of Ordinances of the Township of Hampden.
8. Defendant has failed and refused to pay Plaintiff in
full for the charges assessed Defendant for sewer and trash
services provided to Defendant and Defendant's premises for the
period of July 1, 1996 through June 1, 1997 despite repeated
requests and demands by account statements to do so.
9. Defendant has failed and refused to pay the total amount
of $436.62 due and owing Plaintiff for sewer and trash service
provided the premises from July 1, 1996 through June 1, 1997.
10. The amounts billed by Plaintiff for sewer and trash
services provided Defendant's premises were never objected to by
Defendant as being inaccurate.
