agreement whereby Defcndants promised 10 pay to Plainlifls on Fehruury 27,
1995 [sic], the SUIll of four thousund five hundred dol/III'S ($4.50(l.00) plus
inlerest calculatcd althe ratc of twenty percent 120 %) per annum. A true
and correct copy of Ihe Promissory Note is Iluached herelo as Exhihit B.
5. On December I. 1995. Plaintiffs and Defendants entered into a written
agreement whereby Dcfcndants promised 10 pay to Plaintiffs on March 31.
1996, the sum of fivc thousand dollars ($5.000.00) plus interest calculated
at the rale of twcnty percent (20 %) per annum, A true and correct copy of

order directing Defendants to pay to Plaintiffs. upon the sale of Lots I through 4,
