16. Borrower's Copy. Borrower shall be given one coofonned copy of the Note and of this Secmity Instrument.
17. Tnmsf'er of the Property or a Benelieial Interest in Borrower. If all or any part of the Property or any
interest in it is sold or transferred (or if a benefICial interest in Borrower is sold or l1'lIlISferred and Borrower is nOl a natural
person) without Lender's prior written consent, Lender may. at its option, require immediate payment in fun of all SWIIS
secured by this Security Instrument However. this option shaIl DOt be elIercised by Lender if exen:ise is prohibited by federal
law as of the date of this Security Inmument.
If Lender exercises this option, Lender shall give Borrower notice of acceleration. The notice shall provide a period
