BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line ot Hillside Drive, said
point being located 290 teet measured in a northerly direction
along the eastern line ot Hillside Drive trom the northeast
corner ot HJ.l1side Drive and Poplar Church Road on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said Hillside
