"Posh Hanes Construction" that LV would furnish and install certain
materials for the construction of II CVS Drug Store in Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, in return for which "Posh Hanes Construction" agreed txl
pay the lump sum of $98,571.00. A true and correct copy of the
aforesaid contract is hereto attached as ExhIbit "A."
4. There is no entity on file with the Corporation Bureau
of the Department of Statt1 of the CCJ1IOOnwealth of Pennsylvania Iu'lQom
aB "Posh Hanes Construction." Nonetheless, "Posh Hanes, Inc." is on
file as a Pennsylvania corporation, incorporated June 3, 1996, with an
addresD of 2216 Willow Park Road, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

LV hos been paid only the sum of $B9t272.50, leaving 0 principal
balance due and owing of $14,296.50.
O. Despite demand therefort Posh has failed and refused to
pay.

quiring submission to compulsory arbitration.
