7, On June 2, 1997, Lindsey Hess, daughter of Plaintiffs, Michael E, Heas and Carol HeB8,
drove Plaintiff's vehicle to Cumberland Valley High School In order to attend classes that day,
8, On June 2, t 997, Michael Banedlct, 50n of Defendant, WIlliam Benedict, drove
Defendant's vehicle to Cumberland Valley High School to attend classes that day,
9, At approximately 2:46 P,M., after c1asse5 had ended for tha day, Michael Benadlct, drlvar
of Defendant's vehicle, pulled out of the parking stall wherein Defendant's vehicle was parked and
collided with Plaintiff's vehicle striking the right rear quarter panel,
10, Michael Benedict, son of the Defendant, William Benedict, having seen the damage he
caused, Immediately left the scene OT the accident and was later contacted by the Sliver Spring
Township Police Department,
11 , Michael Benedict, son of the Defendant, William Benedict, failed to properly and cerefully
look while backing out of the stall and his actions caused damage to Plaintiff's vehicle,
