The plaintiff, Russol Shinqleton, by his attorneys, the
Family Law Clinic, sets forth the followinq cause of action I
1, Plaintiff is Russel shinqleton, who currently resides at
172 East Penn street, Carlisle, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania,
2, Defendant is Linda shinqleton, who currently resides at
116 1/2 North East street, Carlisle, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania.
3, Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of Cumberland
county and the Commonwealth for at least six months immediately
previous to the filinq of this Complaint.
4, There has been one prior action of divorce between the
parties and a decree was issued on July 14, 1987, The parties
were remarried on April 23, 1993 at carlisle, Pennsylvania,
5, Plaintiff and defendant have lived separate and apart
since February 1997,
6, The marriaqe is irretrievably broken,
7, Plaintiff has been advised that counselinq is available
and that plaintiff or defendant may have the riqht to request
that the Court require the parties to participate in counselinq.
