AND this agreement waiving Ihe right of lien sball be an independent covenant and shall operale and be
effective as well with respect to work dOIH~ and materials furnished under any supplemental contruct for extra work
in the erection, construction, and completion of the said building or buildings as any work and labor done and
materials furni.hed under the contract aforesaid.
AND. in order to give Ihe Owner full power and authority to protect himself and Ihe 101 or lots of ground
against any and all claims tiled by the Coo tractor or anyone acting under or Ihrough him or it in violation of the
foregoing covenanl. the said Contractor for himself. Ihemselves. itself. herehy irrevocably authorizes and
empowers any Attorney of any Court of Common Pleas ufthe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. to appear for
him, them, it or any of them. in any of the said Courts of Common PI~as as Attorney for him. them, or it and
in him, their. its. name. mark satidit:d of rCl:ord at the cost and expense of the Contra"tor or of any Sub~
Conlractor or Malerialman. or Malerialmen. any and all claims or claim. hen or hen. filed by or for the
Contractor. or any Sub~Contractor or Mat~rialman. or in his or their mlmc against said building or building~. lot
or lots of ground or any part thereof and for such acl. or acls this shall be good and ,uffkient warrant and
