BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the Southern right of way line of
Haymarket Way a ~o foot wide street, said monument being the Northern
lille of Lot No. 10; thence North 79 degrees 30 minutes 51 seconds West a
distance of 1.29 feet to a point, the place of beginning, said point
being the Northwestern corner of Lot No. 10; thence along the Western
line of said Lot South 10 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds West a distance
of 130.00 feet to a point, said point being the Southwestern corner of
Lot No. 10; thence along the Southern line of Lot No. 9 North 79 degrees
30 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 36.75 feet to a point, said
point being the Southeastern corner of Lot No.8; thence along the
Eastern line of said Lot North 10 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds East a
distance of 190.00 feet to a point on the Southern line of the aforesaid
