Katshir, Esquire, with the following Answer and Counterclaim as follows: 1. Paragraph 1 of the Complaint is admitted. 2. Paragraph 2 of the Complaint is admitted. 3. Paragraph 3 of the Complaint is admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that the parties were married on August 21, 1993, however, it is denied that the parties were husband and wife until April 15, 1996. A Decree in Divorce was issued by this Honorable Court on April. 26, 1996. 4. Paragraph 4 of the Complaint is admitted. 5. Your Counter-Plaintiff herein is John Shaffer, III, the original Defendant. 10. The identities and addresses of the parties to this aotion have previously been set forth in Plaintiff/Counter- Defendant's oomplaint and admitted in Defendant/Counter- Plaintiff's Answer. 11. As noted, the parties are the current owners of record of real property located at 39 Altoona Avenue, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The property was purchased on December 8, 1994. 12. Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant voluntarily left the premises on or about July 1995, approximately six (6) months after the purohase of the property at 39 Altoona Avenue, Enola. 13. Sinco on or about July 1995, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff has paid any and all mortgage, tax, insurance and maintenance costs associated with the premises. Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff has also made significan~ improvements to the premises. 14. Any increase in value of the premises is due solely to Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's efforts to maintain and improve the premises.
