One evening or anernoon a month, to be decided and agreed by both parties, and with 48 hour notice to Mother. B. Holidays: . From 9:00 AM on Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day until the next morning: Father will be responsible for transporting children to school the morning aner the stated holiday. If the above stated holiday f.111s on a weekend that Father has custody ofthe children the custody period will extend to the next morning, . Alternating New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day. July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, with Father having custody of children Labor Day and Christmas, 1997 and Easter, July 4th and Thanksgiving 1998, and continuing in the alternating pattern. Easter Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving shall include the entire holiday weekend, with Easter weekend beginning at 900 AM Friday, Thanksgiving Day and July 4th beginning at 9:00 AM, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and Christmas and New Year's break beginning aner school of the day prior to the beginning of the holiday weekend, Father will be responsible for seeing children to school the morning at the end of the holiday weekend or ifno school, returning ~hildren to Mother's residenc.e by 9:00 AM the day following the holiday weekend, . Half of school break for Christmas and New Years. . Father's Day from 900 AM until the next morning at 9:00 AM. C. Children's Birthdays: . Alternating children's birthdays day beginning in \998 with Father having 2 custody of Drew and in 1999, Caryl with Father, and continuing the alternating pattern. The birthday schedule time shall be tram 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM; if the birthday falls on a school day Father will have custody of child after school until 9:00 PM D. Summer Vnclltlon: Parents agrce to make alternating selection of weeks, ie" Father choosing a week, then Mother choosing a week, Parties further agree that Father will have I st selection choice in even numbered years, and Mother will have I st selection choice in odd numbered years. If children are not in custody of Mother and Father by mutual consent, for any period of time during summer vacation, both Mother's and Father's time will be reduced by an even split of the amount of time children were not in Mother's and Father's custody, . Six weeks during Summer vacation, not to be longer than 2 consecutive weeks unless both parties agree, with both son and daughter. . Parties agree that the weeks will be selected no later than April 30th, with written notification to Mother by April 30th. 4, The parties shall exert every reasonable elTort to maintain tree access and unhampered contact, including reasonable access by telephone, between the children and each of the parties, and to foster a feeling of atfection between the children and the other party. Neither party shall do anything which may estrange the children trom the other party, or injure the children's opinion as to his or her Mother or Father, or which may hamper the free and natural development of the children's love and re~pect for the other party. S, The parties agree to utilize each other for transportation, child care. and assistance with children prior to seeking third parties for such assistance 6, Mother and Father agree to provide each other with notification no less then 60 .I days at' any move or relocation outside the greater Harrisburg area. 7, Mother and Father agree to accommodatc each parcnt to their best ability regarding Mother's work rotation schedulc, children's iIIncsses or any matter that interferes with the above listed custody schedule 8, Both parties agree to providc 24 hour notice, cxcept in emergencies, of any change in plans regarding custody schedulc and the timcs to pick up or return the children. Emergencies are those which involve police, fire, or rescue personnel or medical emcrgencies with documentation, work crisis or work emergency. 9, Both parties agree that the children may be taken on trips with relatives or parent, during the time the children are in the party's custody, Trips by one party should not encroach on the other party's custody time. Both parties agree it'the children are taken out of the greater Harrisburg area, the location, the name of the persons with whom their children will be, a phone number where the children will be or where party accompanying children can be reached, will provided to Mother and/or Father, 24 hours prior to any trips or travel with the children, 10, Mother and Father agree not to make disparaging remarks about the other party to the children or in front of the children; and further agree to attempt to refrain third parties from making such remarks t I.
