WHEREAS GEORGE N. LIDDICK and KAREN M. LIDDICK, his wife, of
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pennsylvania, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewi th, a contract with KREISER CONSTRUCTION,
INC., for the erection of a building upon a lot of land situate:
ALL that certain lot of unimproved land situated in the
Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southern side of Jenna
Court at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 7 and 8 as shown on
the hereinafter plan of lots; thence in a westerly direction
along the generally southern side of the cul-de-sac end of Jenna
Court on the following two (2) courses and distances: (a) on a
curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet, an arc distance of
18,51 feet to an iron pipe; and (b) on a curve to the right
having a radius of 50 feet, an arc distance of 76" 97 feet to an
iron pipe at the dividing 1 ine between Lots Nos" 7 and 6 as shown
on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said
dividing line between Lots Nos, 7 and 6, South 4 degrees 5
minutes 44 seconds East / a distance of 108.49 feet to an iron
pipe at line of lands of others; thence along said lands of
others, North 65 degrees 24 minutes East / a distance of 123" 54
feet to an iron pipe at the dividing line between Lots Nos" 7 and
8 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence
along said dividing line between Lots Nos, 7 and 8, North 24
degrees 36 minutes West, a distance of 114.79 feet to an iron
pipe on the northern side of Jenna Court / the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No" 7 as ahown on a certain subdivision plan of
lots entitled "Bluestone Estates" as recol"ded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
in Plan Book 72, Page 14.
