Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 16, 1994 In Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. S. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties. 6. The parties separated on August 9, 1997. 7. Neither of the parties in this action is presently a member of the Armed Services of the United States. 8. Plaintiff has been advised that counselling Is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counselling, but avers that she does not require or request counselling. 9. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 10. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter 8 Decree in Divorce. Plaintiff filed a Complaint in Divorce on September 11,1997, seeking,lnter alia, equitable distribution of marital property. 5. Plaintiff and Defendant are the owners of premises located at 213 Deerfleld Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, under an agreement of sale. 6. Plaintiff and Defendant are the owners of certain personal property, which property includes certain household goods, a list of which is attached hereto, made a part hereof. and marked Exhibit "A". 7. Said personal property as set forth in Exhibit "A" is valued in the sum of approximately $9,000.00. 8. The parties separated on August 9, 1997. 9, Subsequent to the date of separation, Defendant has made arrangements to sell the personal property set forth in Exhibit " A" by private sale to the exclusion of Plaintiff for sums which will be unknown to Plaintiff. 10. By selllng said items of personalty, Defendant will wrongfully, intentionally and maliciously prevent Plaintiff from exercising her right and ownership interest in sald items of personalty in order to defeat Plaintiffs claims for equitable distribution of property. II. The conduct of Defendant as heretofore stated wUl be a misappropriation of said property, and Defendant refuses, after demand, to refrain from said conduct. 12.
