the child,
(1). It i. the intent of the partie. that the father may requeet
reeeonable poriode of partial cu.tody of the child, eo long ee
he providee the mother a minimum of twenty-four (~41 houre
advance notice of any requeet,ad period of partial cuetody.
The mother agree. not to unrea.onably withhold her con.ent for
euch period. of partial cuetody by the father, but .he need
not con.ent if either .he or the child have prior commitmente.

a. AMBER HARlE HILE, born MARCH 16, 1992, SaLd child wae not born out
of wedlock.
19. Said ahild il presently in the custody of her mother, KAREN J. HILE
herein, who rSlides at 1003-23 Nanroc Drive, Mechaniclburg, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania.
20. During the past five years, the child has resLded with her natural parente
at the followLng addresses,
a. Prom Marah 1994 to May 24, 1997 with hsr natural parente at 1003-23
Nanroc Drive, MechanLcsburg, Cumberiand County. Pennsylvania 17055/
and with her mother at this address since that date to the present.
b. From March 1993 to June 1994 with her natural parents at 207 Judy
Lane, Apt. 142, Copperas Cove, Texas,

Cambridge Arme, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

25. The best interests and permanent welfare of the child and her physical,
Ipiritual, emotional and moral well-being will be served by granting the
relief requelted.
26. Plaintiff requests joint, shared legal custody of the child, with phYlical
cuetody of the child to be with the mother. Liberal visitation of the
ahild with the father shall be as the Court deems in the best interests of
the child.
