LOT NO, 2:
ALL THAT TRACT of land situate in the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and state of pennsylvania more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the southeast corner of Lot No. 1 on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, said point being at the
western right-of-way line of North Walnut Street (a 43 right-of-
way); thence by the western right-of-way line of North Walnut
Street South 2S degrees 20 minutes 2S seconds East a distance of
thirty-one and twenty-nine hundredths (31.29) feet to a point at
Lot No. 3 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by
Lot No. 3 South 72 degrees 31 minutes 41 seconds West a distance
of one hundred forty and forty-eight hundredths (140.48) foet to
a point at Tanner Alley (a 20 foot right-of-way); thence by
Tanner Alley North 25 degrees 20 minutes 25 seconds West a
distance of thirty-one and twenty-nine hundredths (31.29) feet to
a point at Lot No. 1 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence by Lot No. 1 North 72 degrees 31 minutes 41 secondo East a
distance of one hundred forty and forty-eight hundredths (140.48)
feet to a point at the western right-of-way line of North Walnut
street, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 2 on the preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan for
Camp Hill Associates dated June 9, 1997 and recorded in
Cuml:lerland County Plan Book 75, Page 34.
BEING THE SAME premises which Ivy pauline Myers, widow, by her
deed dated July 7, 1997, and recorded July 11, 1997, in the
office of the Re~order of Deeds in and for Cuml:lerland County in
Deed Book 160, Page 1007, granted and conveyed unto Robert E.
Goodling and William H. Goodling, t/d/b/a Camp Hill Associates,
and Mortgagors herein.
