HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-04963 LOT NO, 2: ALL THAT TRACT of land situate in the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and state of pennsylvania more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the southeast corner of Lot No. 1 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, said point being at the western right-of-way line of North Walnut Street (a 43 right-of- way); thence by the western right-of-way line of North Walnut Street South 2S degrees 20 minutes 2S seconds East a distance of thirty-one and twenty-nine hundredths (31.29) feet to a point at Lot No. 3 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by Lot No. 3 South 72 degrees 31 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of one hundred forty and forty-eight hundredths (140.48) foet to a point at Tanner Alley (a 20 foot right-of-way); thence by Tanner Alley North 25 degrees 20 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of thirty-one and twenty-nine hundredths (31.29) feet to a point at Lot No. 1 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by Lot No. 1 North 72 degrees 31 minutes 41 secondo East a distance of one hundred forty and forty-eight hundredths (140.48) feet to a point at the western right-of-way line of North Walnut street, the point and place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 2 on the preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan for Camp Hill Associates dated June 9, 1997 and recorded in Cuml:lerland County Plan Book 75, Page 34.
