WHEREAS, Daniel V, Reed and Theresa L, Reed, husband and
wife, of 1512H High pointe Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110
(herein together "Owner") are about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with Windsor Homes, Inc" a E'ennsylvania
corporation having principal offices at 4751 Lindle Road, Suite
102, Harrisburg, E'ennsylvania 17111 (herein "Contractor"), for
the erection of a two (2) story dwelling house with attached
garage upon a lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, E'ennsylvania and more particularly described as follows:
Being Lot No. 86 of the Final Subdivision Plan for
Hampden Court . Phase 6 recorded in Cumberland County
Plan Book 74, Page 1.
Being commonly known and numbered as 6215 Edgeware
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
Being the same premises conveyed to Owner by deed of
William CQanoff and Golda Chanoff, husband and wife,
dated Jr;<J-r. /,5- ,1997 and r'.!corded in the
Office of the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds on
September 16, 1997,
NOW, September 16, 1997, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or to purchase materials
for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract
with Contractor and the further consideration of One and 00/100
($1.001 Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against the above described premises and the
building and improvements to be erected thereon, by the
contractor, or any subcontractor, or by any of the materialmen or
workmen, or any other person for any labor provided or materials
purchased, or for extra labor provided or materials purchased for
the erection of said building and improvements, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
