She Identifies herself with Identity card order number U-22 and register number 10,845, drawn up by the Municipal Court of Quesada, district of Jutlapa; she is acting on her own behalf and exercises the corresponding patria potestad over her daughter TANIA MACYORI HERNANDEZ SANTOS, a quality which she proves with the birth certificate, drawn up by the Civil Registrar of this city and where It is recorded that the minor was born in the Cantonal Matemlty of zone thirteen of this city on September 21, 1996, and which can be found registered In the book of births number two hundred one (201), Certificate and Page number two hundred ninety seven (297). Also appearing before me is VERONICA MIRRELLA GONZALEZ GRANADOS DE WERNER, thirty four years of age, married, guatemalan, Lawyer and Notary, with residence In this city, whom I know and who is acting in her capacity as Special Legal Representative for DAVID FREDERICK JOHNSON AND PAMELA SUSAN CRAUMER JOHNSON which she proves with the First Testimony of Public Deed number one hundred forty seven (147) of this city by the undersigned Notary, November 26, 1996. and registered In the Mandates Registry of the Archive of Protocols at number four hundred twenty seven thousand and ninety five (427,095); the representation which is exercised is sufficient In accordance with the law and In my judgment for the present act. Those appearing before me assure me that they are In free exercise of their civil rights to grant the deed of ADOPTION in accordance with the following: FIRST: The attorney shows that her clients, on November 28 of fast year began, before the Undersigned Notary, the notary proceedings of adoption of the minor TANIA MACYORI HERNANDEZ SANTOS. The attomey affirms that within the related voluntary notary proceedings, the act appeared dated November 26 of the current year, In which RUTH SARAI HERNANDEZ SANTOS gave her express consent for the beginning of this procedure. In addition, the testimonial declarations under oath from ZANE SMITH AND THOMAS HOFF were received, recording as well that the related proceeding was taken to the COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE AND FAMILY EXHIBIT I "all of the district of Sacatepequez; and by virtue of the favorable report rendered under oath by the Social Worker assigned to the court, It was ordered to be heard by the Nation's Attomey General, who on January 10 of the present year, Issued a favorable opinion, so that on January 21 of the present year, the notary resolutlor was issued which ordered the granting of the present deed. Requesting the attorney, as much as the Judgment Issued by the Nation's Attomey General as the notary resolution that orders the granting of the present deed, that they be transcribed In this instrument. SECOND: RUTH SARAI HERNANDEZ SANTOS expressly demonstrates that by this act she gives In adoption her minor daughter TANIA MACYORI HERNANDEZ SANTOS to DAVID FREDERICK JOHNSON AND PAMELA SUSAN CRAUMER. The attomey demonstrates that she takes TANIA MACYORI HERNANDEZ SANTOS as her daughter on behalf of her clients and assumes all the inherent responsibilities of the parents as well as the patria potestad of the child, who from this day forward takes the last name of her adopted parents, her name being: TANIA MACYORI JOHNSON CRAUMER; and previous wamlng which the Notary made regarding the relative penalties to perjury of not being truthful In their declaration,she demonstrates that her clients have exercised guardianship over the minor that by this act they adopt. FOURTH: In the recorded conclusion and In the capacity in which both grantors act, they demonstrate that they accept the present act. Attomey VERONICA MIRELLA GONZALEZ GRANADOS DE WERNER, In representation of DAVID FREDRICK JOHNSON AND PAMELA SUSAN CRAUMER negotiate before the offices of the notaries the voluntary businesses of adoption of the minor TANIA MACYORI HERNANDEZ SANTOS, who was bom In this city on September 21, 1996, daughter of RUTH SARAI HERNANDEZ SANTOS whose birth was affirmed at number 297, page 297 of book number 201 of Births according to what Is recorded In the certificate drawn lip by the Civil Registry of the capital city dated September 30, 1996, which document is ((working) In this proceeding. Certificates of Birth, matrimony, sworn declaration of names, divorce judgment, health, lack of prior police record, employment, bank account, income, tax statements, letters of reference of the adopters; f. Socioeconomic study of the adopters In their country of origin by Adoption Horizons, who recommended them for the adoption; g. declaration under oath from ZANE SMITH AND THOMAS HOFF who certify to the moral and economic solvency of the adopters: h. socioeconomic report rendered by the Social Worker ROSA DEL CARMEN MARTINEZ ARENAS assigned to the Court of First Instance and Family of Sacatepequez who Issued a favorable opinion; I. authentic photocopy of the natural mother's identity card document; documents which are considered to fulfill the requirements of the established law, by which this institution, upon discharging the conferred audience: GIVES THE OPINION: That it is fitting to consent that which Is requested so that the resolution declaring the present business be Issued granting the corresponding public deed so that the minor TANIA MACYORI HERNANDEZ SANTOS be adopted by the North American couple DAVID FREDRICK JOHNSON AND PAMELA SUSAN CRAUMEA. The procedure of the proceedings should be forwarded to the General Archive of Protocols.
