ALL THAT CIRTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Silver Spring
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more
particularly described in accordance with a survey of Alpha
Engineers dated June 22, 1995 as last revised August 25, 1995 and
in accordance with a survey of Ross Consulting Engineers, dated
January 19, 1996, as follows:

described in the centerline of Green Ridge Road at the lands now
or formerly of Robert D. Yentzer which point is eight hundred
forty-five (845') feet East of the Intersection of Green Ridge
Drive and Kelly Drive; thence along said Yent7.er lands North
fifteen degrees thirty-three minutes twenty seconds West (N 15
33' 20" W) two hundred fifty-five (255') feet to a point; thence
along the same South seventy-six degrees twenty-eight minutes
fifty-five seconds West (S 76 28' 55" W)(erroneously stated as
twenty-six (26) degree in prior deed) twenty-nine and eight
tenths (29.8') feet to a point; thence along the same and along
lands of other property owners ~orth seventeen degrees six
minutes twenty-nine seconds West (N 17 06' 29" W) one thousand
three hundred forty-three and forty-five hundredths (1,343.45')
feet to a point at lands now or formerly of C. Grainger Bowman,
et ux; thence along the said Bowman lands North eighty-five
