Various items of real and personul property were acquired during the marriage and constitute marital property. 11. Plaintiff requests that this property be divided equitably between them. COUNT 111 - ALIMONY AND ALIMONY PENDENTE LITE 12. Plaintiff incorporates herein the prior paragraphs above by reference. 13. During the course of her marriage, Plaintiff has been financially dependent upon Defendant. 14. Plaintiff is presently unemployed as a result of her presllnt medicul condition and is unable to work at this time. 15. Plaintiff is in need of alimony pendente lite to maintain herself during the course of this action and to permanent alimony thereafter if she is to maintain her lifestyle. 16. Defendant is financially able to support his wife. 17.
