Repor.t, it is ordered
1. The Father, Ronald L. Barrick, and the Mother. Rebecca Barrick,
shall have shared legal custndy of Ronald S. D. Bacrick, born september 13,
1991. Each parent shall have an equal right, to be exercised jointly with
the other parent, to make all major non-emergency decisions affecting the
Child's general well being inclUding, but not limited to, all decisions
regarding his hei'llth, education and religion. Pursuant to the terms of
this paragraph, each parent shall be entitled to all records and
inf.ormation pertaining to the Child inclUding, but not limited to, school,
medical records, medical appointments and other information concerning the
Child's development to the extent one parent has possession of any such
records or information. That parent shall share the same, or copies
thereof, with the other parent within such reasonable time as to make the
records and information of reasonable use to the other parent.
2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child.
3. During the school year, the Father shall have partial physical
custody of the Child on alternating weekends, begilming March 6, 1998, from
Friday between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
4. During the surrmer school break, the parties shall alternate having
custody of the Child on a weekly basis, with the exchange of custody to
take place every Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m.
5. The parties shall share or alternate having custody of the Child
on holidays as follows:
A. Christmas: The Christmas holIday shall be divided into
Segment A, which shall run frcrn Christmas Eve at 12:00 noon
until Christmas Day at 12:00 noon, and Sllgment B, which shall
run from Christmas Day at 12:00 noon until December 26 at
12:00 noon. The Mother shall have custody of the Child during
Segment A in even numbered years and during Segment B in odd
numbered years. The Father shall have custody of the Child in
Segment A in odd numbered years and during Segment B in even
numbered years.
