Plaintiff, by its counsel, Francis s. Hallinan, Esquire, moves
this Honorable Court for an Order directing service of the
Complaint upon the above-captioned De,fendant by certified mail and
regular mail and by posting of the premises, 619 WALNUT BOTTOM
ROAD, SHIPPENSBURG, PA 17257 and in support thereof avers the
following:
1. Attempts to serve Defendant with Complaint have been
unsuccessful, as indicated by the Sheriff's Return of Service by
the Sheriff's Office attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. Pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of civil Procedure 430,
Plaintiff has made a good faith effort to locate the Defendant. An
Affidavit of Reasonable Investigation setting forth the specific
inquiries made and the results therefrom is attached hereto as
exhibit "B".
WHIRBFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Honorable
Court enter an Order pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil
Procedure 430 directing service of the Complaint by certified mail
