WHEREAS, William L. Neidigh and Karen M. Neidigh of Lot #10 Bears School Lane, Carlisle.
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with D. W. Ketner
Enterprises of J 08 Willis Road, Newville. Pennsylvania, for the ereCllon of a building situate on
Lot # I 0 Bears School Lane. Carlisle. Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County. Pennsylvania. bounded and described as set forth below, numbered as Lot No.
10 of Subdivision Plan for Robert L Neidigh prepared by Steven P Wolfe, Professional
Land Surveyor. dated May 2, 1996. and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 27, Page 103. as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Bears School Road at corner of land now or
formerly of Neal R. Bressler; thence along the center line of said Road South II degrees
50 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 25.00 feet to a point; thence through said Bears
School Lane and along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 8 and 10 South 75 degrees
47 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 290.71 feet to a point an iron pin; thence still
along the dividing line betweel' Lots No. 10 and Lots No. 7 and 8 South II degrees 50
minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 381.32 feet to a pomt an iron pin at the
Southwestern corner of Lot No.7; thence along line of lands now or formerly of Robert
L. Deitch South 7S degrees 34 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 174.07 feet to a
point an iron pin; thence along the dividmg Ime between Lots Nos 9 and 10 North II
degrees SO minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 406.97 feel to a point an iron pin;
thence still along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 9 and 10 North 75 degrees 47
minutes 22 seconds East a distance of 464.75 feet to a point in the center line of Bears
School Lane. the Place of BEGINNING
BEING the same premises which Robert L Neidigh and Bonnie L Neidigh by Deed
dated August 26. 1997. and recorded August 29, 1997, in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. III Deed Book Volume 163. Page 767
granted and conveyed unto William L Neidigh and Karen M. Neidigh.
