STIPULATION WAIVING LIENS

WHEREAS. Dixie Air S\"Stcms. % Air and Noise Products.lnc has entered into a contract with Carlisle S}nTc:c
IllCOfJ>Orated, to provide materials and perform labor ncccssary for improvcmenllo the real property situaled in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. on the north side of U.S. Route II South more particularly
described in deeds recorded in the Office for the Re<:ording of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on
March 20, 19.57 in Deed Book R. Volume 17 al Page 483 and June 19, 1981 in Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Pagd39,
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and belween the said parties, as part of the sa;d
CXXIl1lICl and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall file a licn,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed y,;th the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary within
tcn (10) days aner date, in accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
