NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Conlractor, for and in
consideralion oflhe sum of One Dollar ($1 .00) 10 and in hand paid by Owner, the receipl
whereof is hereby acknowledged. and the further consideralion menlioned in the Agreemenl
aforesaid. for themselves and their subcontractors. and all parties acting Ihrough or under Ihem,
covenant and agree Ihat no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or mainlained by Ihem or any
of them against the said buildinl:!s and Ihe lot of ground appurtenanllhereto for or on account of
any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contracl or olherwise,
for, lowards, in. or aboullhe erection and construction oflhe said buildings on the lot above
described and the said Conlractor. lor themselves. their subconlractors and others under them
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right 10 have. file. and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them. and agree thatlhis inslrument, waiving the
