MARITAL HOME. The Parties' marilal home, consisting of a Mobile Home/Trailer localed al23 Marilyn Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013, is solcly in Husband's namc and rcmains thc Husband's sole wld exclusive property. 3. AUTOMOBILES. Husband sball have as his sole ltnd exclusive property, lille 10 and possession of the 1982 Dodge Omni which was purchased atler thc parties' separalion. 4. PERSONAL PROPERTY. Husband shall provide Wile wilh copies of all photographs and video lapes oflheir children. Wife shall rcgain possession of her record album collection and her card collection. Transler of these personal property ilems will be made by Husband to Wile's molher as soon as is leusible utter tbe atllrcsaid di\'ision of Ihe person'll property. Aller thl' aloresaid division of the personal properly is complctc, any and all propcrly in ~he possession of Husband shall be his solc and separate propcrty. Any and all properly in Ihe possession of Wile shall be her sole and separale property. Each party forever renounces whatever claims he/she may have with respect to Ihe properly which the othcr is laking. Each parly understands thaI he/she has no righlor claim to any property acquired by Ihe other atler Ihe signing of Ihis Agreement. 5. DEBTS. All debts owed by Ihc Parties. which were debts of the marriage unlil dale of separalion November I, 1995, have been paid by Husband.
