The Mother, Charlene B. Mateer, and the I:'ather, Charles F. Drew, shall have shared legal custody of Tyrrell Spencer Drew, born April 6, 1988. The parties shall consult with each other in making major decisions affecting the Child, including, but not limited to major medical, educational and religious decisions. 2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child. 3. The Father shall have partial physical custody of the Child during the last full six weeks of the Child I S summer school break "o;lch year. 4. The Father shall have partial physical custody of the Child in odd nunbered years beginning on either the day after the Child is let out of school for the Christmas holiday break or on Christmas Eve day, whichever comes first, The Father's period of holiday custody shall end on the day before the school term resumes. The Mother shall retain custody of the Child over the Christmas holiday in even nunbered years. In the event the Mother travels to Pennsylvania over the Christmas holiday in years when she has cusr.ody of the Child, the parties shall make arrangements for the Father to have custody of the Child for two days over the Christmas holiday. In the event the Mother travels to Pennsylvania over the Christmas holiday years when the Father has custody of the Child, the parties shall make arrangements for the Mother to have custody of the Child for one day during the Christmas holiday. 5. The Father shall have partial physical custody of the Child in odd nunbered years over the Child's Easter/Spring break from school beginning on the day after school lets out and ending on the day before school resumes. The Mother shall retain custody of the Child over the Easter/Spring break in even nunbered years. 6.
