1. Plaintiff is SHERRY L. DEANE, who currently r081des at 1
Sussex CirCle, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Penmlylvania, 17011,
and has resided in Cumberland County for over five (5) year8.
2. Defendant is ROBERT A. DEANE, who currently rllHldOH at 1
Sussex Circle, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011.
3, Plaintiff has been a bona fide rosident in the
Commonwealth for at least six (6) months immediately previous to
the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant are husband and wife and were
lawfully married on January 15, 1972, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
5, Two (2) children were born during this marrillqe, ERIC R.
DEANE; born on February 13, 1976 and KEVIN 1,. DEANE; born on
November 10, 1978. Both children are over the age of eighteen (18)
and no longer under the custodial care of their parents.
6. Defendant was a member of the mlli tary services of the
United States of America for a brief time and was discharqed due to
a medical disability, no benefits are In existence as a result of
Defendant's .brief period in the military soryices.
7. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties except this Complaint filed for
di vorce.
8. Plaintiff and Defendant have been advised of the
availability of counseling, and of the right to request that the
Court require the parties to participate in counseling.
9, The marriage is irretrievably broken.
10. After ninety (90) days have elapsed from the date of
filing of this Complaint, Plaintiff intends to file an Affidavit
consenting to a Oi vorce. Plaintiff believes that Defendant may
also file such an Affidavit.
WIiBRBPORB, Plaintiff respectively requests if both parties
file affidavits consenting tQ a divorce after ninety (90) days have
elapsed from the date of filing of this Complaint, this Honorable
Court enter a decree of divorce pursuant to Section 3301(c) of the
Divorce Code.
