As a result of the impact, Plaintiff, BONNIE 0,
CLABAUGH suffered substantial injuries to her body, all of
whioh will be more fully set forth herein,

As a result of the impact, Plaintiff, ALICIA 0,
(CLABAUGH) MILLER suffered substantial injuries to her body,
all of which will be more fully set forth herein.

(NEGLIGENCE)
11.
Plaintiffs incorporate by reference each of the
allegations contained in paragraphs 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and 10,
Each of the Plaintiffs further allege that Defendant was
negligent in the following ways &nd manner:
a, Defendant failed to keep his vehicle to the right
of the center of the roadway;
b, Defendant was operating his vehicle at an
excessive rate of speed under the circumstances of
traffic conditions eXisting at the date and time
of the collision;
c, Defendant failed to keep a proper lookout for the
Plaintiffs' vehicle;
d, Defendant failed to apply the brakes of his
vehicle in time to avoid the collision;
e, Defendant failed to grant Plaintiffs' vehicle the
right of way;
f, Defendant failed to exercise a degree of care that
an ordinary prudent person would have exercised
under the same or similar circumstances;
g, Defendant failed to turn the wheels of his vehicle
in such a way as to avoid colliding with the
automobile of the Plaintiffs;
