II, Du~ to his inability 10 walk or stand, Plaintiff was unuble to retum to his regular shift and was t1red from him job with Munpow~r Temporury Servic~s. 12, Def~ndaJ\t, kn~w, or should huve known of th~ pres~nc~ of individuals including the Plaintiff being seated in Ih~ flat b~d ponion of his pick up tnlck. 11 Th~ DefendaJlt had a duty to wam those individuals in th~ back of the pick up tmck to be seated and sccur~ th~mselv~s before he staned to mov~ the v~hicle, 14.
