WHEREAS, Mlllti,Test Maintenance COIp. has entered into 0 contraet with C~rlisle SynTec Incorporated,to
provide molCriols and perform labor necessary for improvement to the real property situated in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cwnberland County, Pennsylvania, 011 the north side of U.S. Roule II South more particularly described in deeds recorded
in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1957 in Deed Book
R, Volwne 17 at Page 483 and June 19, 1981 in Dct:d Book L, Volume 29 at Page 539.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated WId agreed by and between the said parties, 05 pori of the said
coolrllct and for the COIl5idcrauon therein 5C\ forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or Jl1alerials to Ole said Contractor undcr this conlract shalllile 0 lien,
conunonly called 0 mechanic's lien. for work done or malerials furnished to the said building or any port thereof.
This stipulation is mode and int.cndcd to be filed with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary within
ten (10) days after dote, in accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
