Tobermlll1. his wife, without the knowledge or consent ofPlaintilf Subsequently. on May 28. 1997. Sharen A Tobermlll1 conveyed her interest in the mortglll!e premises to Defendant, Glenn E Tohermlll1. III. Defendlll1t. Glenn E. Tobermlll1. III is now the record III1d real owner of the mortgaged premises. 7.
