DENA M. DICKERSON, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says:
1. I am the Plaillliff in this action,
2. Even before the marriage began, I was physically abused by Defendant,
3. The last acts of physical abuse occurred this past weekend, On May 17,
1997, he struck me in the face with his fist. knocked me out of my chair. and hit me in the
face. On May 18, 1997, he ran illlo my car and struck me in the head with his fist,
4, On May 18, 1997. Defendant threatened to kill me if I called 911. I did
call 911 for my own protection and had him arrested,
5, Defendant has since made bail and has been released,
6, Defendant owns three (3) handguns and has threatened to shoot me with
one of them as recently as May 18, 1997,
