The tuther's girlfriend, Ms, Bums, has Ilttacked the mother of the child several times in the presence of thc child adversely u!Tecting the child, On one such occasion, October 18, 1998, Ms, Bums struck, slapped, and shoved the mother in the presence of the child resulting in her being tound guilty ofharllssment and fined $227,50, See attached exhibit C, incorporated herein by reference, d, Exposure to the violence Dfthe girltriend toward the tuther, the father toward the girlfriend, and the girlfriend toward the mother has adversely atTected the child's behaviDr in that the child has exhibited violent outbursts at home, and at the doctor's office, The child's physician, Kevin S, Barnes, M,D" has recommended that the child not be placed in a situation where he is going to be repeatedly exposed to violence, See attached exhibit D. incorporated herein by reference, e, Because oftbe child's violent outbursts, the mother has contacted Stevens Center regarding therllpy tor the child, but she has been told that the father must be involved In such treatmcnt. The parties shall alternate the major holidays; those holidays being defined as 'Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. These periods of partial custody and visitation shall be from 9:00 a.m. Wltll 7:00 p.m. This alternating holiday schedule shall commence with Father having 'Thanksgiving in 1997. 4. The Christmas holiday shall be broken into two segments. Segment A shall occur from Christmas Eve at 12:00 noon untll Christmas Day at 12:00 noon. Segment B shall be from Christmas Day at 12:00 noon until December 26th at 12:00 noon.
