RESPONSE: Objection is made to that portion of Interrogatory No. 5 which seeks intorrnlltion relative to any time prior to the service of the Writ. To do so would be unduly burdensome to Garnishee and would not Icad to the discovery of any relevant information, After service of the Writ, the Defendant did transler property to Fulton Bank in the lorm of an additional deposit on May 29, 1998 of $1116. 72, so that the account now has a balance, as stated, of $951.69. 6.
