WIFE shall delivcr an exccuted Affidavit of Consent and Waiver of Notice upon receipt of the Marital Settlement Agreement signed by HUSIJANU. HliSIJANU agrees to provide WIFE. at his expense. a certitied copy of the decree in divorce when the decree is granted. HUS8AND'S spousal support obligmion to WIFE as evidenced by Cumberland County Domestic Relations Case II 25722 shall cease immediately upon execution of this Agreement by WIFE, and there shall be no Iltrther spousal support obligation, Pending the entry of the divorce decree.
