6. At or about that time and place, Defendant was negotiating a sharp right
curve just prior to E. Llsburn Road and slid across the center line and struck Plaintiff's
vehicle on the left side.
7. The foregoing accident and all of the damages set forth hereinafter
sustained by Plaintiff was the direct and proximate result of the negligent, careless and
wanton and reckless manner in which Defendant operated an automobile as follows:
a.. In failing to have the vehicle under proper and adequate control.
b. In failing to apply the brakes In time to avoid the collision.
c. In operating the vehicle In a manner not consistent with the
road and weather conditions prevailing at the time.
d. In operating the vehicle so as to create a dangerous situation for
other vehicle on the roadway.
e. In failing to keep vehicle within the proper lane.
f. In driving her vehicle at an unsafe speed.
g. In otherwise operating said vehicle In a careless, reckless, and
negligent manner and In a manner violating the Motor Vehicle
Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
8. Plaintiff sustained damage to her automobile for which the reasonable
cost of repair was $6,617.50.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Hildegard M. L. Frey, demands judgment In her favor
and against Defendant, Ramona L. Camper, in the sum of SIX THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED SEVENTEEN & 50/100 DOLLARS ($6,617.50), plus Interest and costs of
suit.

6. At or about that time and place, Defendant was negotiating a sharp right
