ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece or land aituate 1n the Borough
or New Cumberland, CUmberland County, Pennsylv~nia described

Beginning at a point on the northern line of Brandt Avenue,
at the western line of the property now or formerly of
Harolld J. &taili~~..~ w~ie, which polnt is 3~0 reet ~aat ~~
the northwestern corner of Brandt and Park Avenues, as shown
on the Pl~n of Lots hsrein~fter mentioned, thence
northwardly along said weetern line of the said Stahle
property at a right angle to s~id Brandt Avenue.. ~17.B feet
to a point; thence westwardly on a line parallel with Brandt
Avenus and along the division line between Lote Nos. 52 and
71, 50 feet to a point at line of Lot No. 70; thence
southwardly along the line of Lot No. 70, and at right angle
to Brandt Avenue, ~17.8 feet to the northern line of Brandt
Avenue, 50 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
Being the western half of Lot No. 71, on the 'Plan of Lote
known as Seven Maples No.1., as recorded in the Of rice of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Plan
Book 1, Page 94.
BEING the same premises which Dorothy I. Stahle, by her Attorney-in-Fact,
Richard R. Lefever, by deed dated February 18, 1997 and recorded
February 24, 1997 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Record Book 153, Page 693, granted and conveyed
unto William D. Kerr and Mary K. Kerr, his wife, Mortgagors herein.
