PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in this Commitmsnt is described as follows.
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT of land, being part of the tract situate in South
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume A32,
at page 964, being Lot 175, recorded in Plan Book Volume 70, at page 101, on
August 25, 1995, bounded and described as follows, to wit.
BEGINNING at a point, sftid point being located on the eastern right-of-way
line of Woodview Drive at the common front property corner of Lot No. 176 and
175 of Westgate. Phase I; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of
Woodview Drive North 16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 80
feet to a point at Lot 174 of Westgate. Phase I; thence along Lot No 174 North
73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 140.00 feet to a point at
lands Now or late of Mt. Holly Springs Borough; thence along lande now or lat
of Mt. Holly Springs Borough South 16 degrees 40 seconds 00 seconds East, a
distance of 80.00 feet to a point at Lot No. 176 of Westgate. Phase I; thence
along Lot no. 176 South 73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of
140.00 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Woodview Drive, the
Place of BEGINNING.
