WHEREAS, Michael L. paoletta and .. ~ene S. Paoletta of l1.ll
South Meadow Drive. Mechanicsburg. Upper Allen TOwnRhip. Cumberland
County, pennsyl vania, is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with Michael L, Paoletta and Arlene S,
paoletta of 1771 South Meadow Drive. Mechanicsburg. Upper Allen
Township. Cumberland County, Penne:ylvania, for the erection of a
Ringle family dwelling
upon a lot of land situate in Upper Allen Township. Cumberland
County. known as 1771 South Meadow Drive. Mechanicshurg.
Pennsylvania.
NOW, Oc }-dJe.f' q , 1997 , at the time of and
immediately before execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Michael L, Paoletta and
Arlene S. Paolet ta to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of
the said contract with Michael L, Paoletta and Arlene S. Paoletta
and the further consideration of One Dollar to Michael L. Paoletta
and ~~ene S. Paoletta paid by Michael L. Paoletta and Arlene S,
paoletta it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
