STIPULATIONS AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, JACK K. CALLAGHAN and VELMA C. CALLAGHAN (Ownere), of
165 Goodyear Road, Carlisle. County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
are about to execute a contract, with PETER THEM BUILDER, INC.,
(Contractor). 9 Rapuano Way, Carlisle, County of Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, for construction of a dwelling house, upon a lot of
land being ALL that certain tract of land situated in the Borough
of Carlisle, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and more
particularly described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED'HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
Now, O(-I<'Ik,' '1 , 1997, before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
construction, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of one ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the project or
building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor. or by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Borough of Cerlisle. Cumberland County.
Pennsylvania. more fully described as Lot No. 46 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Phase I of The
Highlands. prepared by Stephen \3. Fisher. R.S.. dated July 6. 1988 end recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 66. Paga 43 and baing more fully boundad and dascribad as
follows. to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on tha southern dedicated right of way lina of 60 foot wida Armstrong
Road at the dividing lina batwaen Lots Nos, 46 and 46 on the aforementioned subdivision plan;
thence along said right of way line by a curve to tha left with a radius of 180.00 feet an arc
distance of 20.61 feat to a point; thence along same North 75 degrees 11 minutes 16 seconds
East 78,35 feet to a point; thence by a curve to the right with a radius of 15.00 feet an arc
distance of 23,56 feet to a point on the western dedicated right of way line of Meeting House
Spring Road; thence along said right of way line South 14 degrees 48 minute3 45 seconds East
100,00 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line batwean Lots Nos, 33 and 46 on said Plan
South 75 dagrees 11 minutes 15 seconds West 127,28 feet to a point; thenca along tha
dividing line between Lots Nos. 45 and 46 on said plan North 08 degrees 15 minutes 08
