COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
1. Plaintiff is Mary Caroline Rynard, an adult individua1, currently reeidlng at 124 Woods
DrIve, Lot #26, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PennsylvanJa, 17055.
2. Defendant is Richard L. Rynard, an adult individual, currently reeidlng at 76 Ridge Drive,
Shermans Dale, Perry County, Pennsylvania, 17090.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant are bonafide residents of the Conunonwealth of Pennsylvania and
have been so for at least six months immediately previous to the filing or this complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 10, 19115 in Winchester, Virginia.
5. There have been no prior actions for divorce or annulment between the parties.
6. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Forces of the United Ststes of America, or
its Allies.
7. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of counseling and the right to request that

the Court require the parties to participate in counseling. Knowing this, the Plaintiff does not desire that
the Court require the parties to participate in counseling.
B. Plaintiff and Defendant are citizens of the United States of America.
9. The parties have lived separate and apart since September 80, 19117 and continue to live
separate and apart 88 of the date of this Complaint.

The parties' marriage is irretrievsbly broken.
