of land including improvements thereon, owned by them and described

services were rendered pursuant ta ordinance. Attached hereto is a
statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the
price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of the owner's
account with Hampden Township, which sum of $326.45 was duly assessed
against the hereinabove.named owner and the premises on October 30, 1996
and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed
against the above. described premiseD in accordance with the Act of
October 29, 19B1, P.L. 319, No. 113, as amended.
