Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described according 10 a plan of survey made
by D, p, Raffensperger, registered surveyor, dated September 19, 1961 and last revised
December 17, 1962, recorded in the Office of Ihe Recorder of Deeds In and for Cumberland

BEGINNING at a point being the southeast corner of that certain tr,Kt of I,md heretofore

point of curve; and (2) thence along same by a curve to the left having a radius of 346.91

along the weslline of Fallowfield Road by said curve to the left having a radius of 346.91
feet for an arc distance of 54.51 feet 10 a point; thence continuing along said west line of
