it is hereby directed that the parties and their respective

COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
TO THE HONORABLE, THIl JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
AND NOW comes the Plaintiff, DEBBIE J. COFFEE, by her
attorney, MAX J. SMITH, JR., Esquira, and respectfully
represents the following:
1.
Plaintiff is DEBBIE J. COFFEE, who resides at 27
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-
sycamore
vania.
2. Defendant is DONALD K. COFFEE, who resides at 4183
Cove court, Apt. 113, Mountain View Apts., Mechanicsburg,
CUmberland county, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant are married and are the
natural parents of LAUREN T. COFFEE, born september 5, 1991.
4. The best interests and welfare of the minor child
would be served by confirming legal and primary physical
custody of the child with Plaintiff.
5. Defendant intends to visit his ill father in
Macon, Georgia very soon, and desires to have Lauren accom-
pany him on that visit. In the past, Defendant has threat-
ened to leave the area with Lauren and not return. Thus,
Plaintiff will not agree that Lauren may accompany her
custody of the minor child, LAUREN T. COFFEE, be with Plain-
tiff.

Conciliator's Report, it appearing that the parties have agreed to the terms and provisions of this
Order which was dictated in their presence and approved by thcm, it is hereby ordered and
directed as follows:
I. The parties shall share legal custody of their minor child. Lauren T.
Coffee, d.o.b. September 5. 1991.
2. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the minor child subject
to periods of partial custody and visitation with Father as follows:
A. Two evenings per week from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., the
days to be agreed upon by the parties.
B. One day on each weekend. the day and time to be agreed upon
by the parties. The parties further agree that this may be overnight if it is
in the best intcrest oflheirchild.
3. The parties shall share the major holidays at dates and times to be
agreed upon by the parties
