The Borough of Wsst Fairview hereby files a claim against
Timothy Bishop and
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land, situate in the Borough
of West Fairview, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeastern corner of Third and Market
Streets in said Borough of West Fairview; near the line of the
Pennsylvania Railroad, formerly the N.C.R.R.; thence by said
Market Street in an easterly direction Sixty-seven (67) feet
six (6) inches, more or less, to the western 1 ine of a
proposed highway constructed by the Commonwealth of
pennsylvania, known as Route No. 30; thence in a southerly
direction along the western line of said highway, Forty-Two
(42) feet Five (5) inches, more or lessr to other lands of the
Grantees, formerly of Samuel Rinard; thence in a westerly
direction by said other lands of the Grantees, Thirty-Nine
(39) feet, (erroneously described in prior deed as fifty-nine
(59) feet), more or less, to a corner; thence in a northerly
direction, Three (3) feet to a corner; thence continuing by
other lands of the Grantees in a westsrly direction, Forty
(40) feet to the aforementioned Third street; thence in a
northerly direction by said Third street, Thirty-Nine (39)
feet Ten (10) inches, more or less, to the Place of BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING, HOWEVER, that portion of the above
described tract of ground as more fully set forth on the
Department of Transportation "Schedule of Property Condemned"
(Declaration of Taking) noted as Parcel No.4, Claim No.
2103070, filed to Plat Plan cabinet Drawer No.1, Page 16,
Sheet 12 of 14, and as more fully released and dedicated to
the county of Cumberland by Nicola Girardi and Teresa M.
Girardi, Owners, of that portion of the above described tractr
and as set forth more fully in release recorded November 4,
1939 in Miscellaneous Book 72, Page 498.
BEING the same premises which Nicola Girardi, Widower, by
Angelo Antonicelli, his attorney-in-fact, specially
constituted by Power of Attorney dated February 9, 1982 and
recorded in Cumberland county Records at Miscellaneous Book
295, Page 414, of the Borough of West Fairview, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Timothy J.
COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA
