Rowland; THENCE in an easterly direction along Tract II described herein, 153 feet to a point at the corner of land now or formerly of M. B. Stewart; THENCE 20 feet 6 inches in a generally northerly direction to the corner of a lot now or formerly of William Musser; THENCE by said line of lot now or formerly of William Musser in a westerly direction 158 feet to the aforesaid Second Street; THENCE in a southerly direction along the East side of aforesaid Second Street, 20 feet, to the place of BEGINNING. TRACT #2: BEGINNING at a corner of the East side of Second Street at the corner of lot now or formerly of Mary J. cargill; THENCE by said line now or formerly of Mary J. Cargill of lot in an eastwardly direction to the top of the ridge 135 feet; THENCE in a northwesterly direction by land now or formerly of M.
